November Resident of the Month

Our November Resident-of-the-Month is Ryan Jones! Ryan is a server at Cotton Patch and a student at SFA studying political science. Ryan is also a cadet in Army ROTC, and hopes to commission as an Aviation Officer or Special Forces Officer.

When he’s not studying or training, Ryan enjoys hunting. A lot. And also playing baseball, watching movies, and reading. His favorite movie is “Black Hawk Down,” and he also likes “We Were Soldiers,” which was his late grandfather’s favorite movie. Ryan says he listens to all kinds of music, including rock, rap, and country; his favorite band is Breaking Benjamin. He also reads, and his favorite series is Eragon.

Ryan’s from a close, blended family including one brother, two stepbrothers, and one half sister. Ryan is proud of his country heritage, stating that his favorite meal is deer steak and stuffed potatoes!

Ryan says his favorite thing about Windhill is that it’s affordable, charming, and comfortable, but we love resident like Ryan who go above and beyond the call of being a good neighbor.
