In order to qualify for an apartment, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Employed at your current job for a minimum of six months

• Have a minimum of six months of good rental history

• Have good credit history (we do a credit check)

• Must have a monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rent

If you are a full-time student at SFA and do not meet these requirements, then you must provide us with:

• A Guarantor who must fill out an application and sign a Guarantor Agreement, and provide proof of income.  This must be your parent or legal guardian.

Maximum number of occupants allowed in each unit:

One Bedroom:                       2 Occupants

Two Bedroom:                       4 Occupants

 

Other Important information:

 

Application Fee:         $40.00 (Non-refundable)

Deposits:                     $200.00 per resident

                                      $350.00 per family (married couples ONLY)

Pet Fee                         $500.00 (Non-refundable; payable upon moving in) Dogs & Cat ONLY

Each roommate must fill out separate applications and pay separate application fees. For married couples filling out one application, you must pay one application fee.

Please be advised that Windhill takes pride in being a safe community.  We reserve the right to complete a criminal background check on any applicant.

Limit of two pets per unit.  Dog & Cat's ONLY  Service and/or Support Animals with proper documentation are accepted and exempt from the pet fee. You must notify us at time of applying on your application with proper documentation. Please see your leasing agent for details.

You are required to have Renter’s Insurance before you move in.

You must have your application fee, deposit, and all required documents in to the office before your application will be processed.  

A completed application and deposit will hold an apartment. If you are denied an apartment, your deposit will be refunded.  If you choose to cancel or not move in, the deposit will be retained by Windhill Apartments.
