RULES FOR HALLOWEEN DECORATING CONTEST & OTHER OCTOBER FUN!

It’s that time of year again – the Annual Windhill Halloween Decoration Contest!!

Entries will be judged by the following:

• Creativity

• Scariness

• Cuteness

• Special Effects

Here are a few ground rules for the event:

• All decoration entries must be submitted by October 10th, 2014 at 12:00 noon (you can still decorate until 6:00 PM).

• We will be judging any time after 6:00 PM on October 10th.

• All aspect of your display must be operating to be considered (This includes lights, fog machines, electronics, music, etc.)

• Winners will receive the following:

• 1st place - $100 off rent

• 2nd place - $75 off rent

• 3rd place - $50 off rent

We will also be having the following Contest on October 31st

Pumpkin Decorating Contest

• 1st place - $30 off rent

• 2nd place - $20 off rent

• 3rd place - $10 off rent

Adult/Child/Pet Costume Contest

• R Adult costume contest winners will receive.

1. 1st place - $75 off rent

2. 2nd place - $50 off rent

3. 3rd place - $25 off rent

• Child costume contest winners will receive a Halloween themed gift basket

• Pet costume contest winner will receive a gift certificate with Pet Sense!
